English Translation

(1–3) The four churches of the holy ones—Mār Gīwargīs, Mār Yōḥannān, Mār Ēša‛iā, and Mār Qūriāqōs were renovated in the year tw[o] thousand and five of the blessed Greeks. In the same year, Mār Īšō‛yahb was established as Metropolitan. (4–5) Here is located the relic of Mār Gīwargīs the martyr: May his prayer be a wall for us.
