English Translation

(1-5) The Deacon whose name is gentle Yūhanōn died in Christ. He returned to earth and dust in the year 1864 of Christ. (Garsh.) This is the grave of the late Deacon Hannā son of Bihnām. He departed from this temporary world to the permanent and (6-10) spiritual one. He died in Latter Tišrīn (November) the 10th and was lost to the earthly church. Lord, do not prevent him from serving your heavenly church, praising amidst the Deacons of (St) Stephen: The year 2175 of Greece.
