English Translation

(1-5) This pledge took place in the year 1942 of Christ. Declaration: The honourable ones of the church of the Mother of God of Bēt-Kudēdā in the inhabited earth, Bābay, Sawsan, Kattō, Šammā, Habībā, (6-10) Zarīfā, and Hānī, daughters of Šābā and Yawsef, sons of Pawlōs of the family ‛Abbā. On account of this, the church perpetually dedicates two Sanctifications every year for the souls of the mentioned ones and of their deceased ones, as (11) is written in the Register of the Perpetual Sanctifications that is in the church.
