English Translation

(1-5) [The reason for the preparation of this reliquary: It happened that the Tatars came to breach the wall with great] anger [to plunder] all that was in it. (6-10) After they breached the wall, they found the bones of the Saint, and they calmed down, changing from wolves into sheep and instead of being
(left arm:) troublemakers and plunderers, [gentle and kind,
(upper arm:) and they did not harm or molest anyone]
(right arm:) [and this is of a] divine [de]ed (line 10) and the prayer of the Saint, may his prayer be with us.
