English Translation

(1-5) Through the mysterious and unfathomable decrees of God the Most High, at the date corresponding to the year 1971 of the Greeks, this monastery belonging to holy Mār (6a) Behnam (4b) was renovated (6b-10) through the care of the zealous Brothers rabbān Yaldā, rabbān Gōrgīs, and the rest of the Brothers. One thousand qirš were owed after the building on account of it, but the Lord afforded them to pay it.
