English Translation

(1) Our Father who are in Heaven, hallowed be your name, may your kingdom come, may your will be done on earth as in heaven. Give us this day the bread we need. Forgive us our debts (2) and sins as we have forgiven those who offended us. Do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one, for yours is (3a) the Kingdom, the power, and the glory forever and ever, amen. Abū-Sālim and (I)brāhīm worked on this gate thru the care of the monks (… blank …) a (… blank …) ah (… blank …) (3b) and his colleagues. May God pardon (3c) everyone who participated (3d) whether in word or in deed.
