English Translation

(1a) In the year 1905 of Jesus Christ the Only-(Begotten) Son, (2a) the Holy of Holies above the altar (1b) was fashioned (2b) in an awesome form (3) according to what was prescribed in the Church of the first-born that is in Heaven, for the glory and splendour of the divine Body and Blood, (Arab.) the year 2216 (Syr.) of Greece.
