This is the grave of the holy Mār Mīkā.

(1-5) The righteous flourishes like a palm. At the beginning of the fifth century, the body of Mār Mīkā of Nūhadrā was placed here. And at the beginning of First Tešrī (October) the year 1987 of our Lord, we dug and found his bone relics (6-10) inside a stone reliquary to the north side of the altar gate of this sanctuary. They were processed with hymns and songs in great joy, while the congregation of the faithful took blessings, and before them were the diocesan bishop, the priests, (11-15) the deacons, and the (rest) of the entire people of Alqōš. On the south side we also found the bone relics of the Prophet Nahum of Alqōš. This occurred to confirm the (relevant) tradition and the testimonies of the former Fathers of blessed memory, (16-18) and for the bones of the holy men to procure help and assistance amen.
