(1-5) This (patriarchal) cell was built in the year 1857 of the Lord, and the pavement below in the year 2185 of the Greeks (= A.D. 1874), through the diligence of Yawsep the Sixth, the Babylonian Patriarch, and his financial contribution (6-8) and that of the church, and thanks to the execution and labour of the people of the village. May they be rewarded with all blessings amen.
