(1-5) This upper story made of four cells and two īwāns, along with the lower rooms and the corridor before them were built and erected through the care of the Abbot Šmū’ēl Jamīl, Superior (6-11) General of the Chaldean monasteries, during the days of the watchful shepherds, administrators of the Church, Mār Pius X, Pope of Rome, and Mār ‛Ammānū’ēl II, Catholicos-Patriarch of Babylon: The year 1904 of our Lord.
