English Translation

(1-5) This īwān, along with the two cells, were built during the days of Mār Pius XI, the High Priest of Rome, Mār ‛Ammānū’ēl II, Patriarch of Babylon, and Mār (6-10) Yawsep Ġanīmā, the Patriarchal Deputy, through the care of the Abbot Ḥannā Hurmizd, Superior General of the Chaldean monasteries, and the hard work of the monastic Brothers: Later Tešrīn (November), 1934.
