English Translation

(1-3) May the Lord have mercy on the day mercy is needed, on the soul (4-6) of Isḥōq son of Abrōhōm of the house of Ṣalq, and may he pardon him, [so be it,] amen.

(1-4) [Let there be] good [remem]brance [and] an acceptable one before Go[d, for] the lord Sargīs son of Isḥōq of the house of (5-7) Ṣal[q]. May he grant rest to his soul among the virtuous and righteous ones, [so be i]t, amen.
