(1-5) The church of Mār Gīwargīs the Martyr is built again for the third time, during the days of Mār Pius X, Pope of Rome, Mār ‛Ammānū’ēl II the Patriarch, and Mār Francīs Dāwīd, Metropolitan of ‛Imādiyya, (6-10) and through the care of the writer, Priest Gīwargīs son of Yaldā, of the family Hābīl of the village Eniškē, on the month of Ādār (March), the 2nd in it, the year 1912 of Christ our Lord. (11) Pawlōs is the architect.
